• Check-In - 3:00 PM & Check-Out - 11:00 AM
  
• Age Policy - You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and staying on the property the entire length of your reservation.
  
• Two-night minimum year round
  
• Three-night minimum for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
  
• Rates are based on occupancy of 2 for smaller cottages and 4 for Fins & Feathers.
  
• $10 per extra person per night.
  
• Cleaning Fee (< 30 days) - $50
  
• Cleaning Fee (> 30 days) - $100
  
• Pet Fee - $50 fee applies, $100 for monthly rental
  
• All rentals less than 30 days are subject to a 15% hotel/motel tax (County 2%, City, 7%, State 6%)
